CYC Hotel Policy 2017
Continental Youth Championships Buffalo 2017 HOTEL POLICY
The Buffalo Host Committee will be your complete source for hotel accommodations for the tournament being held July 27,28,29,30 at the West Seneca Soccer Complex 3747 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

❏ Please provide the Hotel Coordinator  with the following information no later than Friday 31st March 2017..
  1. Name of Hotel Coordinator for your club
  2. Email of Hotel Coordinator
  3. Phone Number of Hotel Coordinator
❏ We have room nights “blocked” for travelling teams based on the number of rooms submitted to the Steering Committee by each individual club.
❏ We considered location and proximity to our complex, as well as price and amenities.
❏ The Buffalo Hotel Coordinator, Paul Mulcaire paulmulcaire@hotmail.com, will forward the name of the hotel you have been assigned along with the booking code so your club can immediately start reserving hotel rooms. Included will be a description of the hotel, its location and amenities.
❏ Once assigned a hotel you will not be able to be moved to another location or reserve
hotel rooms in another CYC hotel. If a member of your club reserves a hotel room at a different CYC location they will be asked to move. No exceptions.
❏ All hotel rooms will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. If there are no double
rooms available because you did not book in a timely fashion, you will have to book into a king room. The deadline to have hotel rooms booked is June 15, 2017.
❏ We reserve the right to hold you to your estimated number of rooms.  If your club has
gone more than 5% under the estimated number of rooms your stipend will be kept to help offset the costs associated with underbooking the block of rooms.

We carefully approve our hotels with the same degree of professionalism, attention to detail and quality service that the Continental Youth Championships and Host City uphold.

For more information or questions about any of our hotels, please contact Buffalo Hotel Coordinator Paul Mulcaire at paulmulcaire@hotmail.com
